As she leaned to put her plate down, he nosed along her neck, inhaling deeply. "You smell like me now," he murmured against her skin. "Like us."
She turned slightly in his embrace, enough to see his face. His fingers traced her jawline, tilting her face up. "That a problem?" she asked, voice barely above a whisper.
His eyes, now more gold than green in the dim light, held hers. "No," he growled softly. "It's perfect."
Her pulse quickened at the possessive tone in his voice. His thumb brushed across her bottom lip, and she couldn't help but dart her tongue out to taste his skin.
The simple touch made his eyes flare brighter, a low rumble building in his chest. His hand slid to cup the back of her neck, fingers tangling in her hair. "You have no idea what you do to me."
She turned fully in his arms, straddling his thighs. The movement caused his shirt to ride up further on her legs. Her palms pressed against his bare chest, feeling his heart thunder beneath her touch.
"I think I have some idea," she whispered, rolling her hips against him. His fingers dug into her hip, a growl catching in his throat. She leaned in, her lips barely brushing his. "Show me."
